- Finance Officer : Master’s Degree.
- Controller of Examinations : Master’s Degree.
- Librarian : Master‘s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science.
- Deputy Librarian: Master’s Degree in library science/information science/documentation science.
- Internal Audit Officer : Drawing officers belonging to Audit and Accounts Services or other similar organized accounts Services in Central / State Govt., holding analogous posts on regular basis.
- Private Secretary : Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
- Personal Assistant : Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
